People in need of care
Healthcare with temporary accommodation
Being treated properly is a fundamental right. For some people at risk, access to healthcare can be difficult and result in delays in diagnosis, delays in treatment, or care disruption… We provide accommodation for isolated or vulnerable people to prevent their health from deteriorating and to enable good care coordination.

Our schemes
We run three complementary schemes: ACT (therapeutic coordination flats) for people with severe chronic pathologies, some of which are specialised in addiction, paediatrics or for people released from prison; LHSS (stopover hospital beds facilities) for homeless people in need of short-term acute nursing care; and LAM (hospital support beds facilities) for homeless people with severe chronic pathologies whose social circumstances prevent rapid accommodation and care.
To reach out to as many people in need as possible, we also encourage innovation, like the creation of paediatric ACT, home-based ACT and local LHSS.
